Advocate Aurora Health exists to transform how and where care is delivered, ensuring every person in every community has access to the quality care they need. Formed in 2018 through the merger of Advocate Health Care and Aurora Health Care, the organization created a powerful integrated health system serving communities across Illinois and Wisconsin.
