Commerce Casino & Hotel is the world's largest cardroom, located in Commerce, California, in the greater Los Angeles area. Founded in 1983, it employs more than 2,500 people and operates continuously, seven days a week, around the clock. The property spans a gaming floor of over 91,000 square feet with more than 300 tables offering games of skill, including Texas Hold'em, pai gow, blackjack and baccarat.
Beyond the cardroom, the site comprises a 200-room hotel attached to the casino, multiple dining venues, a full-service spa and event and banquet facilities that host private tournaments and major professional poker events. Work is therefore spread across several distinct operating areas: gaming operations, hotel and hospitality operations, food and beverage, event and banquet management and corporate functions.
Roles are shift-based to match 24/7 operations, and the work is described as fast-paced, combining hospitality with the demands of a large gaming floor. Benefits include medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) retirement plans, flexible spending accounts and paid time off. The company's tagline is 'Where the World Comes to Play'.
