We are seeking a Safety Manager to oversee EHS and site safety operations at a manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA and MIOSHA requirements.
- Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments.
- Investigate incidents and near misses and perform root cause analyses.
- Deliver employee safety training and toolbox talks.
- Manage JHA, LOTO, fall protection, hazard communication, and PPE programs.
- Track safety KPIs and lead ongoing safety improvements.
- OSHA 30 certification required.
- At least 3 years of experience in Safety, EHS, or HSE.
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, logistics, warehousing, or construction.
- Experience with safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Korean and English bilingual skills preferred.

Contract Duration: 3–5 months, with possible extension
Compensation: $70,000–$90,000 annually, prorated for the contract period, plus expenses
