- Retail Security Officer - Sat & Sun: 7AM - 3PM ($18.62/HR Falcon)
- Retail Security Officer - Sat &Sun: 2PM - 11:30PM ($19/HR Fountain)
- Facility Security Officer - Fri & Sat: 12:30AM - 8AM ($17/HR COS-Interquest Parkway)
- Facility Security Officer - Fri & Sat: 7AM - 3PM ($17/HR COS-Interquest Parkway)
- Security Officer Part Time - Tues, Wed & Thurs: 7PM-4AM ($16.80/HR-Downtown COS)
- Facility Officer - Mon & Tues: 12AM-8AM ($18.11/HR-Downtown COS)
- Mobile Patrol - Sun-Tues: 11:30AM-11:30PM ($18.62/HR-South Academy)
What Your Day Will Look Like
Greet and aid vendors, customers, residents, client employees, and clients.
- Conduct patrols inside / outside the client’s premises, potentially in various weather conditions and in different types of terrain.
- Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
- Perform access control at security entrances / exits.
- Monitor cameras and report alarms in accordance with client requirements.
- Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
- Provide detailed written reports.
- Work in a team environment to ensure site / organizational goals are achieved daily.
- Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.
Basic Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
- Intermediate computer / technology skills needed.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills required.
- Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus!!
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner.
- Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
- Must have great attention to detail and the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift.
- Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.
- All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
