SolutionHealth is a 501(c)(3) non-profit integrated health system serving southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts. Formed in 2018 by uniting Elliot Health System and Southern New Hampshire Health, the organization expanded further in 2022 with the addition of Home Health & Hospice Care. It now operates with over 700 providers and 4,000 staff members, serving more than 500,000 residents across its region.
The organisation has invested substantially in health information technology and care coordination infrastructure. A unified Epic electronic medical record system was implemented across all facilities in 2020, enabling seamless care coordination and clinical collaboration. This digital foundation is recognised externally: SolutionHealth achieved CHIME Digital Health Most Wired Level 8 status in both ambulatory and acute categories in 2025. The system maintains a clinical affiliation with Massachusetts General Hospital, established in 2021.
