Talnt is a recruitment technology company that uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to accelerate hiring for businesses. The firm combines AI-powered candidate matching and sourcing with human recruiting expertise, and reports working with more than 425 clients across the recruitment and staffing, human resources technology and talent acquisition sectors.
Its core offering is an AI-powered hiring solution built around a four-step process. Discovery involves intake calls and AI-driven market scans to map available talent pools. Target pairs AI-powered sourcing with human screening of hard and soft skills and cultural fit. Collaborate provides a single recruiter point of contact and real-time updates throughout the search. Deliver produces vetted shortlists of interview-ready candidates, which the company says are returned within 24 hours.
Searches are tailored to individual roles, with the stated aim of reducing time and cost while improving quality of hire. The service is designed around transparency and continuity: employers work with one dedicated recruiter from start to finish and receive real-time updates on progress.
