The Centers is one of the oldest and largest health and human service agencies in Northeast Ohio, serving nearly 20,000 people annually across 11 locations. The organisation operates nearly 150 years of accumulated experience in the region, providing integrated health, education, and social services using a two-generation approach centred on advancing equity.
Its service portfolio spans primary care, behavioural health, addiction services, HIV treatment and pharmacy, early childhood education through Head Start programmes, workforce development and job training, and youth residential services on the H.O.P.E. Campus. This breadth reflects a whole-person care philosophy that recognises how multiple systems affect individual and family wellbeing.
