Cliff Castle Casino Hotel is a gaming and hospitality destination in Camp Verde, Arizona, owned and operated by the Yavapai-Apache Nation. The gaming facility opened in 1995, and the property now employs more than 400 people, making it one of the Verde Valley's largest employers. It sits along the Interstate 17 corridor, near Sedona, Prescott, and Jerome.
Operations span several business lines under one employer: a casino floor with slot machines, table games, poker, a high-limit room, a smoke-friendly gaming parlor and a sports book; a 122-room hotel and an 80-room lodge; on-site restaurants and dining venues; live entertainment and family attractions; meeting and wedding facilities; and the adjacent Distant Drums RV Resort. Work accordingly ranges across gaming, hotels and lodging, food and beverage, live entertainment, events, and RV and camping operations.
The company describes its mission as family-centred, with an emphasis on superior guest service, responsible gaming and community responsibility. Revenue is directed to strengthening the Yavapai-Apache Nation's financial future and to tribal services including healthcare, social services and education, alongside contributions to community organisations and youth scholarships.
