Ute Mountain Casino Hotel is the gaming and hospitality property of the Ute Mountain Ute Tribe, based in Towaoc, Colorado, in the Four Corners region. It was Colorado's first tribal gaming facility. The property is owned and operated by the tribe and conducts its operations under tribal and Colorado gaming regulations, and on a dry reservation where alcohol is not served.
The casino floor holds more than 700 slot machines, along with Vegas-style table games, a bingo hall and a sportsbook. Gaming operations are supported by the Mountain Rewards Club player loyalty programme, player promotions and guaranteed must-hit progressive jackpots. Regulated gaming environments of this kind are subject to licensing, surveillance, compliance and cash-handling controls, and employ security and floor supervision staff accordingly.
Beyond gaming, the property runs a hotel, the Sleeping Ute RV Park, Kuchu's Diner, a snack bar, banquet facilities, a travel centre and a live entertainment programme. Work spans gaming, hospitality, food and beverage, maintenance, security and event operations, with an emphasis on Southwestern hospitality.
The location draws on regional tourism, with Mesa Verde National Park and Monument Valley within reach of the Four Corners area.
