Concordia Wireless, part of Concordia Group, is a privately held engineering and telecom infrastructure construction firm headquartered in Carol Stream, Illinois. The company runs wireless communication site development and network construction programmes across more than 25 active states, and holds licences in over 250 jurisdictions. Its work covers the full arc of a site: acquisition, engineering, permitting and construction, with the building carried out by its own crews rather than subcontracted labour.
Technical work spans antenna and line tower assignments, civil and electrical construction, fibre optic network deployment, and commissioning and integration. A large share of current activity concerns network upgrades, in particular 4G to 5G conversions for national carriers; the firm reports partnerships with T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, Dish Network and AT&T. Field operations are supported by company-owned vehicles and equipment, with fleet maintenance and construction operations handled through the subsidiaries Triad Associates and Surus.
The firm employs more than 200 in-house professionals and cites over 25 years of infrastructure experience. Its model keeps engineering and self-perform construction under one roof, which means field crews, tower crews, civil and electrical teams and commissioning staff work within a single organisation rather than across a chain of contractors.
