Its programmes include The Excel Center, an adult high school offering high school completion opportunities; Spark Community Schools, which provides educational services; and Veteran Career Services, specialised support for veterans pursuing employment and career advancement. The model is integrated: retail proceeds directly fund these mission services, creating a self-sustaining cycle where shopping and donations support job training and placement.
