Overlake Medical Clinics LLC operates as a nonprofit healthcare system serving the Puget Sound region, anchored by a 349-bed hospital in Bellevue, Washington. The organisation has been in operation for more than six decades and now employs over 3,700 staff members, with more than 300 employed physicians and advanced-practice providers alongside over 1,300 affiliated providers on its medical staff.
The system provides a broad range of clinical services across cardiac care, neurosciences, orthopedics, cancer care, surgical services, emergency care, women's health, and primary care. It operates a growing network of outpatient clinics offering primary, urgent, and specialty care throughout King and Snohomish counties.
In 2024, Overlake became the flagship facility of MultiCare Health System's North Puget Sound region, expanding its operational footprint across the wider healthcare network. As a nonprofit entity governed by a volunteer board of trustees, the organisation is recognised regionally and nationally for healthcare excellence and commits its operations to delivering care to a diverse community.
