About

WinTech is a 100% employee-owned manufacturer of custom window products and related building components, headquartered in Monett, Missouri. Founded in 1991, the company transitioned to full employee ownership in 2006 through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), when its founders sold the business to the workforce. Operations span two manufacturing facilities - the original Monett site, which was expanded significantly in 2015, and an additional facility in Cassville, Missouri, acquired the same year.

The company serves a broad range of construction markets through four divisions: Light Commercial, Residential, Modular, and Access Doors & Panel. WinTech began by manufacturing window products for the foundation wall, metal building, and modular building industries before expanding into commercial and residential markets. It also produces Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner (PTAC) louvers for the hospitality sector, supplying major hotel brands including Marriott, Hilton, and IHG.

As of December 2025, WinTech operates under a newly formed holding company, Ozark ESOP Partners, which was established to support the continued growth of WinTech, Pocahontas Aluminum Company, and future affiliated entities. The company describes its internal focus on continuous improvement and an external focus on customer satisfaction as core to its operating philosophy.
