Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is a nonprofit integrated behavioral healthcare provider. Founded in 1982, it delivers a continuum of substance abuse treatment, mental health services and related supportive care, spanning crisis stabilization, inpatient and residential treatment, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), shelter and outreach services, supportive housing, and community education. Treatment is personalized and holistic, with individualized plans built around an education, therapy, housing, medication and peer-support recovery model.
The organisation has grown from a single site with fewer than 30 employees to 42 operating sites and more than 1,500 team members. Its footprint covers Arizona, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Idaho, Oregon and Washington, DC. Services are delivered across several verticals, among them behavioral healthcare, addiction recovery, crisis services and supportive housing.
