Health Solutions West is a non-profit provider of behavioral health and substance use treatment services across Western Colorado. Licensed by the State of Colorado and governed by a citizen's board of directors, it is the largest behavioral health care organisation on Colorado's Western Slope. Its main campus is in Grand Junction, with nine office locations spanning more than 23,000 square miles and ten counties, from the Eisenhower Tunnel to the Utah border, including Aspen, Craig, Glenwood Springs, Granby, Meeker, Rifle, Steamboat Springs and Walden.
The organisation delivers a continuum of care: substance use treatment, withdrawal management, outpatient therapy, psychiatry and residential treatment programmes for mental health and addiction recovery. Outpatient therapy is available regardless of ability to pay. In fiscal year 2024, the organisation delivered more than 118,000 hours of mental health and addiction care.
