La Posada is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) Life Plan Community that has served seniors in southern Arizona since 1987. Operating from a 130-acre campus in Green Valley, it provides a full continuum of care - including independent living, assisted living, memory care, and home care services - to more than 750 residents. The organization employs over 600 team members.
A second community, La Posada at Pusch Ridge, is located in Oro Valley. Both locations operate under CARF accreditation, a quality standard the organization has maintained for more than 20 years. Leadership is appointed by a Board of Trustees.
