Its services include inpatient psychiatric treatment delivered across six inpatient units, along with Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) sites in Brookline and Woburn, Massachusetts, and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) programming. The Kaleidoscope Program, a dedicated PHP, provides affirming care for the LGBTQIA+ and Gender-Expansive community.
Clinical work draws on evidence-based, person-centred approaches, with modalities including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), expressive therapy and motivational interviewing. The organisation describes its mission as respectful care supporting recovery at any stage of life, delivered across a New England footprint.
