Three Crosses Regional Hospital is an independent, full-service acute-care organisation based in Las Cruces, New Mexico, serving communities across Southern New Mexico. Founded in 2020, it operates under locally based management and is not affiliated with a larger hospital system. Its 46-bed hospital, which opened in October 2020 after three years of construction, was the first new full-service hospital in Las Cruces in 17 years.
The hospital's clinical operations span acute care medicine, intensive care, emergency medicine, diagnostic imaging and on-site laboratory services. A state-of-the-art intensive care unit and a responsive emergency room anchor the inpatient and emergency offering, supported by modern imaging and laboratory facilities. Specialty clinics provide care in more than eight disciplines, among them Cardiology, Cosmetic & Reconstructive Surgery, General Surgery, Gynecology, Internal Medicine, Orthopedics, Pain Management and Vascular Services, delivered by experienced physicians and clinicians.
Beyond clinical care, the organisation runs an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine Residency Program, established in 2023 to train new physicians. It states a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care and to the well-being of the communities it serves, and describes its aim as raising the standard of care in Southern New Mexico while being the first choice for patients, providers and communities.
