Philadelphia Corporation for Aging (PCA) serves as Philadelphia County's Area Agency on Aging, operating as the primary entry point for information and services for older adults and individuals with disabilities. PCA operates over 30 person-centred programmes across four major service areas: care at home, community connection, protection and advocacy, and responsible stewardship of resources.
