Westhab is a nonprofit organization founded in 1981, dedicated to addressing homelessness through the development of affordable and supportive housing and the provision of comprehensive social services. The organization operates in Westchester County and New York City, employing over 1,200 staff to serve more than 10,000 people annually. Its work is guided by a housing-first philosophy.
The organization's core activities include developing high-quality transitional and permanent supportive housing, as well as providing employment training and job placement services.
